Mst. Yash Suman Kailash Pawar is having the above disease by birth. Patient was having bit of discomfort and weakness, as a result of which his parents consulted with doctor at Dhuke, State Maharashtra. Patient referred to Pediatric Cardiac Dept Fortis Hospital Mumbai. And child confirmed with Heart defect and suggested for immediate treatment.

The cost of the surgery is ₹3,15,000, and his family cannot afford it. Mr. Kailash Pandit Pawar is father of the child. He is currently residing at Post Sangavi, Taluka Shirpurt, Dist Dhule, State Maharashtra 425405. He is doing “Labour” & his annual income is Rs. 30,000/-. His wife is a home maker. They have 2 children, Mst. Yash is their son and also our patient, who is suffering from the above-mentioned disease.

There is no other earning member in the family & he does not have any savings and absolutely is not in a position to meet the cost of the treatment. Mr. Kailash is finding it very difficult to manage the funds for his child’s surgery.
